I agree it probably would have been better to report it, but since you are getting it taken care of, if I were her, I would be okay with that if I found out. Hopefully there won’t be a problem.

I hope you’re right. I could also see them not renewing my roommates’ lease (it ends in a few weeks) though so they can take care of the mold without people living in there. That would be better than an eviction but still hard for them.
