Headcanon A realistic: Rush hates crowds and loud events. He prefers things to be low key and quiet.
Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious: Rush and Gloria have been to San Diego comic con and had a blast (unrealistic due to Headcanon A)
Headcanon C
heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends: Oh where do I even begin? So many…hmm I guess one might be that Rush, deep down, sees no difference between how he was manhandled by the Nakai without his permission and how the crew did the same thing to him when he got back when they operated on him without his consent. This lack of autonomy and dehumanization contributed to his PTSD.
Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own: Canon reality is that Rush and Greer loathe and don’t really understand one another but wouldn’t it have been cool if that wasn’t the case and they could’ve come to an understanding later on? They do have a few things in common.
