my local kroger decorated the whole store with hyper-patriotic nonsense in preparation for the fourth of july but they recently announced that they were closing the store and that every employee would be losing their jobs so the entire store is like a walk-in banksy exhibit where the standard “We Support American Jobs!” signs are paired with these desolate shelves and hastily writted “EVERYTHING MUST GO” signs
