Rumbelle- An 18th Century portrait.

I was looking at some concept art created for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. It was interesting to see that a lot of the early concept work had a strong 18th century style influence.

This got me thinking it would be cool to draw an 18th century Rumbelle illustration. Enjoy!
