Arguably one of the most important aspects of Black Panther was that there were no white voices there to silence or derail the conversation about racism in America. So often as black people we have to spend our time simply trying to convince white people that racism exists rather than talking about the racism itself. But in Black Panther, t he statement was made that Black People in America were suffering under a racist system and there was no voice to dispute that. There was no one there to silence that truth, which allowed us to have a conversation about pain and solutions rather than simply trying to prove that racism exists.
