then again, if employers valued young professionals’ expertise they might have to pay them more, and where would we be then? /s
I saw a typical non-profit grunt-work job (essentially the one where you’re an ED’s admin assistant/PA/community organizer all at the same time) say that you’d be working late and on weekends, that it required a Master’s degree and two years of experience, and had no listed salary.
