Abayudaya Jews are Jews.

Racism is not a Jewish value. 

Let’s raise our voices in anger and pray in hope for a day when the State of Israel will recognize the entire Jewish people.

Their community has been practicing for over a century, they are Jews through and through. The refusal to let them in is pure racism, and I wish Israel would open its heart. 

The fight isn’t over. The Conservative/Masorti movement is petitioning the High Court to reconsider. If you’re an Israeli, please make noise. I no longer believe that the Israeli government listens to diasporic Jews.

and Daisy and Kelly both eliminated their social media presences for it.

idk what to even say, entitled white male Star Wars fans are absolute trash and have no place being fans of movies about hope and compassion for others.

I’ll add that it’s very noticeable that a significant swath of people ostensibly defending her feel the need to qualify it with how much they dislike Rose. Saying ‘don’t throw racist misogynistic abuse at the actress of a character you hate’ is … clearing the lowest possible bar. Apparently, it’s so difficult to simply denounce widespread racist misogyny without tacking on their seething hatred of a character her actress did not write.

this fandom is absolutely bonkers and this is what I mean by diversity/woke points becoming a mainstream thing to seem cool has actually put the anti racist movement backwards because instead of uplifting actual POC people are bending over backwards to give white people the POC label

Black girls deserve to learn free from bias and stereotypes.

Most black girls experience this hatred at schools. And classmates are not the only problem, there is no support from teachers, too. That’s why they get so affected by their school experiences. Black kids deserve to be treated just like everybody else, they want to study, they want to learn something ,too. However due to prejudice they are 5 times more likely to be suspended than their white peers and it can ruin their lives forever. 

National Women’s Law Center created this video to change the situation. Join the movement to help black girls feel normal and get the same opportunities everybody else has.

So fucking true. It may not be as obvious but it’s still racism.

Every time someone sends me an ask accusing unarmed black people of “not being as innocent as the liberal media makes them look” I think two things:

  1. They’re doing a shitshow job of pretending to be even-handed when literal kids are being shot like animals.
  2. Even though racists LOVE acting like their defect is something to be proud of they sure do like being gutless cowards when slinging their garbage at me anonymously.
